Dry sweeping creates a cloud of dust and debris that settles onto just about everything when the cloud clears. It is very bad for sensitive electronic equipment located in or near the parking facility as well as air handling filters and equipment. Dry sweeping does not take care of oil, grease, embedded soils AND SALT RESIDUE.
Wet cleaning is dust-free and when done with high pressure equipment, it deeps cleans the floor, getting rid of SALT RESIDUE and other stubborn stains and debris.

Our latest piece of equipment features a diesel powered heater that allows us to crank up the heat to 250 degrees and it is steam capable. We generally use our diesel power washers on trash chute cleaning jobs and other stubborn cleaning jobs.
