Floor Finish is a liquid that is applied to a clean and sealed floor for the purpose of protection and/or appearance. When dried, the protective film will be approximately the thickness of wax paper and can be buffed or high speed burnished periodically to restore its gloss as an interim maintenance procedure. All floor finishes will need to be deep scrubbed and top-coated periodically to keep its “build” and protect its substrate. In extreme cases, floors may need to  be stripped of all finish, sealed and new coats added.
